Treadmills

Ellipticals

Stationary Bikes

    Throughout the history of exercise equipment the one machine that has remained a constant, has been the stationary bicycle.  Although there have been tremendous improvements in design and aesthetics, the underlying mechanisms are basically the same.  Tension belts and magnetic resistance have replaced the chain and brake resisted bikes of old.  Whether an upright or recumbent model, you can get the same benefit as long as you keep your heart rate elevated.  We carry a large variety of high quality stationary bikes from Vision Fitness and Schwinn.  If space and cost are an issue, turn to a stationary bike for an effective aerobic workout.

Multi-station Machines

   Known to most of the population as "Universals", weight stack machines play an important role in home fitness. Don’t put all your emphasis on aerobic equipment and expect to stay healthy.
